There are few things in life better than a great meal shared with loved ones, and that’s exactly what Reception is here to celebrate. Founder Pierre Boiselle began Reception with the idea of paying homage to restaurants around the world where he’s made great memories, so he teamed up with graphic designer Clément Bertrand to make some of the best graphic tees out right now. Along with their restaurant-inspired t-shirts, Reception has also introduced a cut-and-sew line which beautifully communicates the brand’s sense of fun.
Just when we thought Reception S.C.’s graphics couldn’t get any better, their FW21 collection proved us wrong. It’s a short but sweet collection of three long sleeve tees, starting with Cafe Med—a tribute to the iconic Caffe Mediterraneum in Berkeley, California, featuring artwork from Mike Pare. Second, we have the Restaurant Bistronoma in Meysse, France with artwork by illustrator Almost Free. Finally, the Angelo tee features artwork by Zaven, depicting the bakery Panificio Angelo going up in flames, a reference to when it was bombed by the local mafia. As always, every graphic is printed on a high-quality cotton tee that will only get better with age.
We recommend washing all Reception clothing on a cold cycle and hanging to dry.
