Shipping Rates
Orders over $250 CAD ship free via FedEx Express. Orders under that ship for a flat $25 CAD.
When can you expect your order to arrive?
All orders ship within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays). You will be notified as soon as your order has shipped and provided with a tracking number.
All orders are shipped with FedEx Express and typically delivered within 1–3 days.
Duties & Taxes
No duties or import fees — what you see is what you pay.
Lost & Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist in reviewing the issue with the shipping carrier. Once an order has been delivered, Wallace Mercantile Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
