Wallace Mercantile, Mount Pleasant

Wallace is an independent menswear shop on Main Street in Mount Pleasant, open seven days a week since 2017. The floor carries the current season in full — outerwear, trousers, knitwear, shirting and footwear from labels in Japan, Korea, Scandinavia and Europe — and everything on the website is here to try on.

The best part of coming in is the people. Everyone on the floor wears these labels and knows them first-hand: how a Frizmworks jacket sits after a winter, which trouser works with which shoe, when to size down. Ask for an honest opinion and you'll get one. We fit shoes in person, take in-store pickup on online orders, and if you'd rather ask before you visit, email us.
