Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on REGULAR PRICED ITEMS that meet the following requirements:

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We accept returns on regular-priced items for both defective products and change-of-mind returns, including incorrect fit, provided the following conditions are met.

Return Window
For Refund: Returns must be initiated and shipped within 15 days of the delivery date.
For Exchange or Store Credit: Returns must be initiated and shipped within 30 days of the delivery date.

Item Condition
Items must be returned in new, unworn, unwashed condition, with original packaging, tags, and any original accessories included.

Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact info@wallacemercantileshop.com within 7 days of delivery. We will assist in resolving the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Return Shipping
For exchanges or store credit, we provide a $25 CAD return shipping credit, and one replacement shipment is provided per order on exchange.

Refund returns remain customer-paid. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee
If free shipping was provided on the original order, a $25 CAD restocking fee will be deducted from refund returns.

Exceptions
Sale items are final sale and non-returnable.

Gift cards, hats, intimates, magazines, and publications are also non-returnable.
