How long does shipping take?

When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 12 PM PST are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns on regular-priced items for both defective products and change-of-mind returns.
- Refunds: Items must be shipped within 15 days of delivery
- Exchanges or store credit: Items must be shipped within 30 days of delivery
What condition must items be in?
Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags.
Are sale items eligible for return?
All sale items are final sale.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within a few business days. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll resolve this as quickly as possible.

Duties & Taxes
Do I pay duties and taxes?
Domestic orders in Canada are not subject to duties. Taxes will be calculated at checkout.
