It’s namesake zipper is in fact a custom-branded YKK Excella (YKK’s highest grade metal zipper), which opens up to a gusseted pouch for coins or more cards. The piece is built in Japan from leather approved by the Leather Working Group, an organization that audits tanneries for environmental compliance. The dense fiber structure of the leather ensures durability over time and a clean appearance.
