Orders over 150 CHF ship free via DHL Express. Orders below this threshold are charged a flat 15 CHF shipping fee.

All orders are shipped with DHL Express and typically delivered within 2–5 business days.

All duties and taxes are included in the price shown at checkout. No additional fees will be charged upon delivery.

Switzerland Returns

We accept returns on regular-priced items under the following conditions:

  • Refunds: Returns must be initiated and shipped within 15 days of delivery

  • Exchanges or Store Credit: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

Items must be returned in new, unworn, unwashed condition, with original packaging, tags, and any original accessories included.

Return Shipping

For exchanges or store credit, we provide a 15 CHF return shipping credit, and one replacement shipment is provided per order on exchange.

Refund returns remain customer-paid.

Shipping charges are non-refundable and all sale items are final sale.

If free shipping has been provided, a 15 CHF restocking fee will apply to refund returns.

Gift cards, hats, intimates, magazines, and publications are non-returnable.
