A tasty slice of ‘90s goodness, the Gel-MC Plus is an archival ASICS model retooled for the present day. First released in 1995 as a stability running shoe, the Gel-MC Plus has a mesh upper, synthetic and leather overlays, GEL midsole, and a unique strap detail on the inside midfoot which helps to reduce pronation. To no one’s surprise, ASICS has combined retro styling with improved technology to make an absolute banger of a sneaker.
