Jackman L/S Lead Off T-Shirts - Black

This long-sleeved T-shirt is crafted from air-spun cotton, with fibers ranging from 13-52 mm in length, primarily sourced from the cotton-rich Mississippi River basin in the United States. It features the distinctive rough texture and appearance typical of rice cotton. The neckline is reinforced with a polyurethane blend ribbing, designed to enhance elasticity and maintain shape during wear and removal.

  • Superior Fabric Quality: Made from air-spun cotton harvested in the Mississippi River basin, this long-sleeved T-shirt boasts a unique rough texture and appearance characteristic of rice cotton, offering both durability and comfort.
  • Enhanced Neckline Durability: The neck rib is crafted with a polyurethane blend, providing flexibility for easy on and off and helping to prevent the neckline from stretching out over time.
  • Made in Japan

In 1949, a baseball-obsessed Japanese government officer named Mitsugu Tanabe quit his job and founded Tanabe Meriyasu, a factory for baseball goods. While historically specializing in baseball uniforms, Tanabe Meriyasu continues its tradition of manufacturing classic American sportswear under the Jackman label. Every piece from Jackman is still made in Japan from high quality cotton and looks just as good in 2020 as it would in 1960.
