About the role
We're looking for a part-time Sales Associate to join the team at our shop on Main Street in Mount Pleasant. You'll work Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with the flexibility to pick up some weekend days when needed.
What you'll do
Look after customers on the shop floor — getting to know the labels we carry, how they fit, and helping people find the right piece. Provide customer service to our online customers, helping with questions about sizing, orders and returns. Keep the shop well presented, handle sales and returns at the till, and help with new deliveries as they arrive. As you settle in, there's room to learn other areas of the business.
What we're looking for
Some retail experience, a real interest in clothes and how they're made, a high standard of customer service, and attention to detail. You're a team player who communicates clearly, adapts easily when the day changes, enjoys solving problems and wants to keep learning and growing.
