Shipping:

Canada: Orders over $250 CAD ship FREE. Orders below are charged a $25.00 CAD shipping fee. All orders ship with FedEx and are delivered within 2-5 days. 

Returns:

We accept returns on REGULAR PRICED ITEMS for the following; For REFUND: Return is initiated and mailed back by the customer within 15 days of delivery date. For EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT: Return is initiated and mailed back by the customer within 30 days of delivery date. The item(s) is new, unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with tags attached.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Shipping and handling is not refundable and all sale items are final purchase.  If FREE Shipping has been provided, there will be a restocking fee of $25 CAD charged.

Gift cards, hats, intimates and magazines or publications are non returnable.

Greg Laboratory is a New York–based design studio led by founder Greg Jackson, blending technical fabrics with everyday tailoring. What began as a personal exploration of uniform dressing has evolved into a focused collection built around function, proportion, and material innovation. Each season introduces a tight edit of pieces designed to move through city life—weather-resistant shirts, hybrid outerwear, relaxed trousers, and adaptable layers—made in limited quantities in New York City.
