The Laperruque Lighter Sleeve in Natural Vegetable Calf brings artisanal character to an everyday object. Handcrafted in Paris from full-grain Belgian calf leather and lined with vegetable-tanned goatskin, it is precisely sized for a standard mini BIC lighter. The untreated natural leather will darken through handling and exposure to sunlight, gradually developing a rich hazelnut patina unique to its owner.

Laperruque

Founded in 2015 by Robin Hureau and Robin Nozay, Laperruque is a Parisian leather-goods workshop dedicated to creating functional objects of enduring beauty. Each piece is handcrafted in the brand’s own workshops using traditional French leatherworking techniques, with close attention paid to proportion, construction and finish.

Inspired by modernist design, vernacular objects and folk art, Laperruque strips familiar accessories back to their most purposeful forms. Cardholders, wallets, key holders, belts and everyday cases are produced in small batches using carefully selected full-grain leathers from respected European tanneries. Hand-painted or burnished edges, saddle-stitched reinforcements and thoughtfully arranged interiors reveal the craftsmanship behind their understated appearance.

Rather than following a cycle of seasonal reinvention, Laperruque continually refines its permanent collection. Its leathers are chosen for their durability and ability to develop a rich, individual patina—creating personal objects designed to be carried, used and appreciated for years.
