Shipping Rates

AUSTRALIA:  Orders over $325 AUD ship FREE. Orders up to $324 AUD are charged a $45 AUD shipping fee. All orders ship with DHL and are delivered within 2-5 days.

When can you expect your order to arrive? All orders will ship within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays).  You will be notified as soon as your order has shipped and you will be provided with a tracking number.

SHIPPING POLICY: Wallace Mercantile is not responsible for any additional charges related to the shipment. Customs fees and duties may vary and apply on shipments outside of Canada. If you need any assistance with your shipment, please email us at info@wallacemercantileshop.com. 

LOST & DAMAGED ITEMS Wallace Mercantile is not responsible for any damage caused by shipping services. Any damage caused during shipment is the responsibility of the postal service/courier. Wallace Mercantile Shop does not assume any responsibility for lost or stolen items.
