Customer Experience Manager
Overview:
We're looking for a passionate and driven Customer Experience Lead to take charge of our Vancouver retail store and help shape how our customers engage with us—both in-store and online. This is a key leadership role focused on delivering an exceptional shopping experience, building community, and driving results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operations at our Vancouver retail store, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for every customer
- Drive store sales and work closely with the team to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Champion the customer journey across both retail and online touchpoints, identifying opportunities to elevate service and engagement.
- Generate and implement ideas to improve the customer experience and build brand community.
- Organize in-store events and activations with support from the marketing team.
- Take ownership of store merchandising—maintaining thoughtful product presentation and a visually compelling retail environment.
- Monitor and analyze customer retention metrics, using insights to inform strategies that encourage repeat visits and online purchases.
- Mentor and motivate the retail team, cultivating a customer-first culture.
- Act as a key voice between customers and the broader team—sharing feedback, solving issues, and always looking for ways to improve.
- Stay informed about the brands we carry and represent them authentically to our audience.

Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in a customer-facing leadership role, preferably retail.
- Proven ability to meet sales goals and coach others to succeed.
- Experience planning or executing events is a strong asset.
- Comfortable analyzing customer data and using insights to drive strategy.
- Familiarity with Shopify and other E-Commerce platforms is a plus.
- Weekend and holiday availability as needed.
